Our sessions are built around game-based learning, giving players the opportunity to make decisions, solve problems and develop their understanding of the game.
We prioritise long-term development over short-term results, creating an environment where players feel confident to express themselves and improve at their own pace.
Meet the Team
Our coaching team combines decades of experience across grassroots and academy football.
Sam Soyebo (Chairman & Founder) — UEFA B Licence, 30+ years’ experience, formerly with Arsenal, Brentford, Crystal Palace, Fulham, and Leyton Orient.
Colin Grant (Head of Coaching) — UEFA B Licence, experience at Fulham FC, and passionate about developing skilful, intelligent young players.
Hannah (Welfare Officer) — leads on player wellbeing and safeguarding, ensuring every environment is safe, supportive, and inclusive.
Bushira (Club Secretary & Founding Member) — coordinates communication, organisation, and parent engagement, keeping the club running smoothly.
Together, our team blends top-level coaching standards with a grassroots heart — giving every child the opportunity to learn in a professional, caring environment.
